Second and third sessions at the Democracy Study Center in Kyiv, were very intense.
Lecturer Olha Dupliak was part of the process.
We dived into the peculiarities of new medical reform together with Svitlana Pugach, Co-founder of International Charity Fund “Tabletochki” and Iryna Lytovchenko, Director General for Strategic Planning & European Integration at Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Co-founder of International Charity Fund “Tabletochki”.
Also, heated discussions on the anti-corruption reforms and real cases were provided by Danylo Mokryk, Investigative journalist and reporter “Our Money with Denys Bihus” TV program, host of the “Subject of the Day” talk-show.
During the second day, we had an opportunity to listen to the lectures on the Far right in Ukraine by Vyacheslav Likhachev, Historian, expert on xenophobia and Human Rights issue in FSU at the Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union, Head of the National Minority Rights Monitoring Group, and “Why Gender Equality Matters in Market Democracy” by Dr. Ewa Ruminska-Zimny, Lecturer at the Polish Academy of Science.
Amazing was experience in practical workshop on the “Mediation and Dialogue. Basic Skills training” by Anna Gorina, Ukrainian Mediation Center.
And moreover, we had a chance to collaborate again on our future projects and meet our colleagues. It was very intense, but productive weekend
